All new clients will be required to fill out a New Client Form prior to class. (Please read privacy policy)
If you are a returning client you do not need to fill in another New Client Form. Please just fill in name and contact details and tick the box that you have read and agree to the terms and waiver and go directly to payment.
You will be redirected to Paypal to process payment. Please note, you do not need to have a Paypal account. You can use any credit card to process payment.
For classes online via Zoom, I recommend coming 5-10 mins early for your first session so we can check that we can see and hear each other ok.
All online group classes are a maximum of 6 people. All in studio group classes are a maximum of 10.
All classes are 50-60 minutes.
Booking system closes 24 hours before the scheduled class/appointment time.
Online and in studio classes are booked in 5 Week Blocks. Or can be purchased as a 5 Class Pass giving the flexibility to book any class in studio or online. 5 Class Pass lasts for 2 months.
Any missed classes within the 5 Week Block can be caught up at the Catch Up Class offered or at any of my sessions in studio or online. A maximum of 2 catch up classes can be brought forward to the next block as long as you are signed up for the 5 Week Block or purchasing a 5 Class Pass.
Please note: No refunds will be given on 5 Week Blocks once purchased. However, you can reschedule a class for another class in studio or online offered during the same 5 Week Block. Email lois@darksskypilates.com to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy for one to one appointments is 24 hours. Any cancellations received after that will be charged in full.
We reserve the right to cancel any class where there are fewer than six people registered. If this should happen, clients will be given reasonable advance notice and no charges will apply.
For online classes you will need:
- to download zoom on to your preferred device - laptop, desktop, tablet, mobile phone.
- make sure that your chosen device is placed near you so that I can see you side on. Landscape view is best.
- comfortable clothing and space to lay out a mat, rug or towel to lie on.
For in Studio, face to face, classes you will need:
- a mat
- a towel
- socks must be worn at all times
